Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the\u00a0National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine\u201d is a leading institution of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on the issues of legal support for economic development. The name of the academician of the NAS of Ukraine V. Mamutov was awarded in accordance with the Resolution of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine from 29.01.2020 \u2116 35.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SO \u201cV. Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the\u00a0National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine\u201d is the center of the world-famous Donetsk Scientific School of Economic Law, founded by academician Valentyn Mamutov. Founded in 1992, the Institute has made a significant contribution to the development of legislation and public policy in its 25-year history, promoting the idea of \u200b\u200bcombining the means of market self-regulation of economic relations and state regulation of macroeconomic processes. During this time, the concept of modernization of economic legislation was formed, the Economic Code of Ukraine, and a number of important laws in this area were elaborated.<\/p>\n<p>The main directions of research of the Institute:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Economic law; state regulation of the economy;<\/li>\n<li>Socio-economic development of territorial systems and distribution of powers between central authorities and regions;<\/li>\n<li>Legal support of entrepreneurship, formation of new organizational and economic structures;<\/li>\n<li>Economic and legal problems of prevention of economic offenses;<\/li>\n<li>Harmonization of legislative acts that regulate economic relations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main topics of research of the State Organization \u201cV. Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine\u201d cover the problems of implementing the state policy on economic reconstruction; development of legal models of functioning of the country&#8217;s economy in a special period, the energy model of Ukraine; modernization of economic legislation as a prerequisite for sustainable development of Ukraine; economic and legal support for the development of territorial communities and the sphere of housing and communal services of the city; harmonization of the domestic economic legislation with EU Economic law.
